What is an activity?
An activity is any workout you record with Milo, like an outdoor run, indoor run, a walk, or hike. It becomes a single entry in your training log with your map, distance, pace, heart rate, and splits.

An Activity is the result you record.

This tab shows your full history. Tap any activity to see detailed stats, your route, charts, or to rename, share, or delete it.
