Routes

What is a route?

A route is a digital path you can follow on your Apple Watch during a run. It’s made from GPS points that form a line on the map so you always know where to go.

How to add routes to Milo

You can add routes in three ways:

  1. Import from Strava

Browse your saved Strava routes and bring them directly into Milo.

  2. Paste a link

Paste a Strava route link, and Milo will convert it into a route for you.

  3. Upload a GPX file

Upload a GPX file. This works with files from race websites, blogs, or other route services like Komoot or AllTrails.

  4. Create from a past activity

Convert any completed Milo activity into a route with one tap.

What is a GPX file?

A GPX file is a standard format for sharing GPS routes.
