What happens during the initial setup and onboarding?

Milo guides you through a quick setup so everything is personalized and connected. Here’s what to expect:

  1. Intro screens

    A brief welcome showing what Milo can do.

  2. Set your preferences

    Choose your units (miles or kilometers), temperature, and the stats you want to see during a run.

  3. Connect Apple Health

    Tap Turn On All and Allow. Milo needs this to read your past runs and save new workouts.

  4. View your running history

    Milo analyzes your Apple Health data and shows insights like fastest runs and typical training paces.

  5. Set up your Apple Watch

    Open Milo on your watch and allow all Health and Location permissions so tracking and syncing work properly.

  6. Create your account

    Sign in with Apple, Google, or email.

  7. Start your free trial

    Begin your 14-day free trial and choose a monthly or yearly plan. You will not be charged until the trial ends.
