What do the different stats mean when I click on an activity?
When you tap an activity, you’ll see a detailed summary of your run. The stats you see depend on your activity type, watch model, and any external sensors. Here are the most common metrics, grouped by what they tell you:
Primary performance
Distance: Total distance covered
Moving Time: Time spent actively moving
Avg Pace: Average pace per mile or kilometer
Fastest Mile/Kilometer: Your quickest split
Elevation
Elevation Gain: Total climb
Elevation Loss: Total descent
Effort and intensity
Heart Rate: Avg and max BPM plus a full graph
Calories: Estimated energy burned
Avg/Max Power: Estimated or measured watts
Running form
Cadence: Steps per minute
Total Strides: Total steps
Stride Length: Distance per step
