What data does Milo save on its servers?
To keep your experience seamless across your iPhone, Apple Watch, and the web app, Milo securely stores certain information on our servers. This ensures everything stays synced, backed up, and available wherever you use the app.
Here’s what we save, and why:
Your Activities
We store your completed workouts and all related metrics (distance, time, heart rate, power, GPS route). This lets you review your history, track progress, and analyze performance on any device.
Your Workouts
Any workouts you add or create are saved to your account, so your personal workout library is always available.
Your Routes
Routes you import or create are stored so you can reuse them whenever you want and send them to your watch instantly.
Your Settings & Connections
We save your preferences (units, primary activity, display choices) and your linked accounts (such as Strava) so your setup remains consistent and you only need to connect things once.
All storage is strictly for powering your Milo experience and keeping your data available across devices.
