How do I start a structured workout?

Once a workout is saved in your library, starting it is easy. You can load it ahead of time on your phone or choose it directly on your Apple Watch.

Method 1: Pre-select on your iPhone or web app (recommended)

  1. Open the Milo app (or web app) and go to Workouts.

  2. Tap the workout you want to do.

  3. Select Do this Workout.

It will now be pre-loaded on your Apple Watch. When you open Milo on the watch, the workout will already be selected.

Method 2: Choose a workout on your Apple Watch

  1. Open Milo on your watch.

  2. On the start screen, tap Workout.

  3. Scroll through your saved workouts and pick one.

  4. The name will appear on the start screen.

  5. Press Start to begin.

During your run, Milo will guide you through each step so you can focus on the workout, not the structure.
