How do I record my first activity?

There are four quick ways to start an activity:

  • Free run: Open the Milo app on your Apple Watch, tap Free Run, tap Start, and you're off.

  • Complete a Workout: Pick a Workout on your phone or watch, then select Workout on the watch (your Workout will appear automatically). Tap Start and go.

  • Follow a route: Pick a route on your phone or watch, then select Route on the watch (your route will appear automatically). Tap Start and go.

  • Indoor run: Add a Workout or just hit Start and go.

What happens on your watch when you begin:

  • Open Milo on your watch.

  • Pick your activity (like Free Run).

  • Wait for signal (GPS + heart rate lock in).

  • Tap Start and go.
