How do I get started with Milo?
Getting started with Milo is simple. Our in-app guide will walk you through everything from start to finish. All you need is your iPhone and your Apple Watch.

Follow the Guide on Your iPhone
When you first open Milo, you'll be guided through a few quick steps: personalizing your settings (like miles vs. kilometers), connecting to Apple Health, creating your Milo account, and activating your free 14-day trial.
Complete the Setup on Your Watch
Next, open the Milo app on your Apple Watch. You'll be asked to grant Health and Location permissions there as well. This is a necessary step to ensure the app can track your activity and everything syncs correctly.
Once that's done, you're all set!
