How do I follow a route during a run?
Following a pre-planned route is a great way to discover new trails, navigate a race course, or add some adventure to your run without worrying about getting lost. Here’s how it works:
1. Add a route
Import a route via Strava or a GPX file in the Milo iPhone app or on the web. Once saved, it appears in your library and syncs to your watch.
2. Choose your route
You can pick the route ahead of time on your phone, or select it on your watch.
Before you start: On the Start screen, tap Route and choose one from your library.
After you start: Swipe to the settings screen, tap the gear icon, and select a route there.
3. Follow the map
Start your run and swipe left to open the map. A yellow line shows the route, and your position updates in real time. The map rotates to match the direction you’re facing, so navigation always feels intuitive.
