How do I find a good workout?
Milo offers a library of science backed, generated workouts that are automatically personalized to your fitness level.
To find one:
Go to the Workouts tab.
Tap the plus + icon.
Choose a workout category that fits your goal.
Workout categories explained
Marathon
Build efficiency and comfort at your marathon pace. These workouts help you lock in the effort needed for long-distance racing.
Threshold
Improve stamina by training at a comfortably hard pace you can hold for 30 to 60 minutes. These workouts raise the pace you can sustain for longer periods.
VO2 Max Intervals
Boost your aerobic capacity with short, very hard intervals. These sessions strengthen the size and power of your aerobic engine.
Speed Repetitions
Develop pure speed and running efficiency with short, fast efforts and full recovery. Great for sharpening coordination and power.
After selecting a category, browse the workouts and choose one that looks right for you. You can also edit any workout once you add it, adjusting reps or timing to match your training plan.
