How do I change my primary activity type?
Your primary activity type is the default workout that appears when you open Milo on your Apple Watch. Setting this to the activity you do most often makes starting a run faster.
How to set it:
Open the Milo app on your iPhone and go to the Activities tab.
Tap the Settings icon in the top-right corner.
Select Preferences.
Choose your Primary Activity Type: Running, Walking, or Hiking.
