This helps you understand how terrain, turns, and flow affected your run.
Key performance stats
Scroll down to review your core metrics, including:
Distance
Time
Pace
Elevation
Heart rate data
Heart rate charts show how your effort changed throughout the run, helping you spot surges, fatigue, or pacing issues.
Splits and laps
Further down, you’ll find:
Splits broken down in detail
Laps will appear ****if the activity was done with a workout
This is where you can see consistency, pacing strategy, and how well you executed the session.
Weather context
Milo tracks weather conditions at both the start and end of your run, including temperature changes.
This gives you context for performance shifts, especially on long runs or days when conditions changed mid-run.
Biometrics and long-term insight
Milo connects your activity data with your biometrics to help you see the bigger picture.
Over time, this lets you understand:
How your fitness is improving
How training load is building
How pace, effort, and recovery are trending
Why this matters
Milo is built to turn raw data into understanding.
By combining route context, performance metrics, weather, and biometrics, you don’t just see what happened. You understand why it happened and how to train smarter next time.
