Milo Run Score
Similar in concept to Daniels’ VDOT, the Milo Run Score gives you one number that reflects your current running fitness. Our version uses our own data and models, so it may differ slightly from a traditional VDOT.
Training Paces
Like Daniels’ system, we give you clear pace targets for each type of workout. We’ve adapted these zones for modern wearables and added a dedicated Recovery pace for recovery runs.
