Create your first workout

Milo’s Workout Composer lets you build any session you want. From simple intervals to advanced race prep.

  1. Go to the Workouts tab.

  2. Tap + → Create Custom Workout.

  3. Tap + again.

  4. Select a Category: Custom, Easy, Marathon, Threshold, VO2 Max, Speed Reps, Recovery

  5. You’ll see a default template with Warm-up, Main, and Cool-down sections.

  6. Add, remove, or edit blocks - each with two simple settings:

    • Mode: Time, Distance, Open

    • Target type: None, Pace, Heart Rate, Power, % Effort

If you’re new to structured training, start with our premade workouts. They’re easy to follow and fully customizable once you get the hang of it.

Pro tip: Milo can use your personalized training paces (Threshold, VO₂ Max, etc.) to help you set the right effort. Click here to find out more.
