Can I customize my Training Paces?

You cannot edit each Training Pace on its own, but you can fully control the Milo Run Score that generates all of them. This keeps all your zones consistent and physiologically accurate.

How to adjust your Training Paces

All Training Paces come from the race result you enter in your settings. To change your paces, simply update that race time.

  1. Go to Settings > Fitness Level.

  2. Edit your race result.

To make your paces faster: enter a slightly faster race time.

To make your paces slower: enter a slightly slower race time.

For example, if your Threshold pace feels too easy, update your 10k time from 50:00 to 49:30. Milo will recalculate your Milo Run Score and adjust all paces automatically. Start with small changes and test them in a workout.

Changing paces for one workout

If you only want a specific pace for a single session, use the Workout Composer.

For any step in a custom workout, you can set the target as a:

  • Specific pace

  • Heart rate

  • Power value

This lets you tailor one workout without affecting your overall zones.
