Can I adjust a pre-made workout from the library?

Yes. All Milo workouts can be customized to fit your goals. You can edit them before saving or adjust them later in your library.

How to edit a workout

  1. Go to Workouts and tap + to open the workout categories.

  2. Select a workout. It will open in the Workout Composer.

  3. Edit anything you want:

    • Tap a step to change duration, distance, or intensity

    • Add steps with the + button

    • Delete steps you do not need

    • Reorder steps

  4. Tap Save or Add to save your customized version.

To edit a workout you already saved, open it from the Workouts tab and choose Edit.
