Yes, you can easily convert any of your past GPS-tracked activities into a reusable route. This is a perfect way to save a spontaneous run you enjoyed, create a route from a race you completed, or turn a new discovery into a path you can follow again later.That's it. A new route will be created using the exact GPS path from your workout. It will be automatically named based on the original activity (e.g., "Morning Run") and will immediately appear in your Routes library.From there, you can rename it if you wish. Like all your other routes, it will be automatically synced and available on your Apple Watch.

In Milo, this is a two-step process: first, we calculate a score for each individual workout, and second, we use those scores to show your long-term fitness, fatigue, and form.Step 1: Your TRIMP Score (The Load of a Single Workout)For every activity you record, Milo calculates a TRIMP (TRaining IMPulse) score. This single number represents the total stress of that specific workout. You can find this score on the details page for any of your past activities.We calculate TRIMP using an exponential method based on your heart rate. This means that time spent at a higher heart rate contributes exponentially more to the score than time spent at a lower heart rate, accurately reflecting the workout's physiological strain.Normalized TRIMP (Recommended)To make this score even more powerful, we recommend setting your Threshold Heart Rate (LT2) in your user settings. This unlocks Normalized TRIMP, which provides two key benefits:Step 2: The Training Load Graph (Fitness, Fatigue & Form Over Time)This is where the magic happens.
