Congratulations, you're all set up and ready to go! Now the fun begins.

While you're welcome to explore the app and look through the interesting insights Milo has already generated from your Apple Health history, we invite you to jump right into an activity. Here are a few great ways to start:

  • Just Go for a Run

    The simplest way to start is to just head out the door. Open Milo on your watch, tap start, and enjoy your run with the custom metrics you selected during setup.

  • Try a Personalized Workout

    Not sure what to do? Head to our Workout Library. Milo has already analyzed your fitness level and will suggest workouts specifically tailored to you. Pick one that looks interesting and let us guide you.

  • Discover a New Path

    Feel like exploring? Try creating or importing a route to rediscover your city or find new trails. It’s a fantastic way to bring some adventure to your routine.
